It is our top priority to make sure you are happy with your purchase from the Rolling R Ranch. Because our products are made to order, perishable and consumable, please review our ordering guidelines. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following conditions of sale:
- Prices and inventory shown on our website are subject to change without notice.
- We do not offer shipping of any products but will arrange for delivery or pickup within the state of Colorado only.
- For the ‘quarter cow’ and ‘half hog’ products, prices are estimated. Final charge is based on actual weight of delivered product less any deposits.
- For items that require a deposit, your payment is fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. Cancelations after 24 hours are accepted but will forfeit the deposit.
- Products that do not require a deposit are 100% refundable until 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
- Our products are consumable and perishable, returns / exchanges are not permitted after delivery.
- Orders not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 14 days of their ‘ready date’ are subject to cancelation and forfeiture of payment.
- All refunds will be processed via the original payment method only.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process any credits.
